"All your life, you have heard yourself denounced; not for your faults, but for your greatest virtues.
You have been hated, not for your mistakes, but for your achievements.
You have been scorned for all those qualities of character which are your highest pride.
You have been called selfish for the courage of acting on your own judgment and bearing sole responsibility for your own life.
You have been called arrogant for your independent mind.
You have been called cruel for your unyielding integrity.
You have been called anti-social for the vision that made you venture upon undiscovered roads.
You have been called ruthless for the strength and self-discipline of your drive to your purpose.
You have been called greedy for the magnificence of your power to create wealth. You, who've expended an inconceivable flow of energy, have been called a parasite.
You, who've created abundance where there had been nothing but wastelands and helpless, starving men before you, have been called a robber.
You, who've kept them all alive, have been called an exploiter.
You, the purest and most moral man among them, have been sneered at as a 'vulgar materialist.'
Have you stopped to ask them:
by what right? - by what code? - by what standard?"

We have arrived at our new resting place. The home we
live in isn't the nicest in the world, but it is ours,
and we will make the best of it, with pride.
Danville is a really nice town, a little wet and cold for the last couple days,
but a very nice place to live, grow, work and
raise our little family.
I am pleased with the way things are turning out so far.
We are still unpacking, I am getting back to work with
my coaching clients, and working on new commissioned
work for a well loved art patron.
The boys are settling into sharing a bedroom, and will start school again next week, I can't wait for quiet days again.
Mate Man is looking for work, and it is a lot more promising here than in
Mississippi, we have crossed fingers.
The dog and cat made it just fine.
Danville is a dry town, interesting to me as I have never lived in a town where you could not buy liquor of any kind, I didn't even know they still had places like this in the country.
I will be getting together with the local art community leader
soon, and hopefully arranging for a public showing of my artwork for the near future.
Money is tight, and a more than a little scary, but I have hope and faith that things will eventually work out for us, in a fine fashion.
I am tired and sore from all the moving and travel.
We got stuck in an Alabama traffic jam on the way here that lasted hours in very hot sun, but we made it through and that was our biggest trouble on the trip.
I guess that's all for today, just wanted to let you all know we made it, and are fine...a little on the stressed side, but fit as fiddles.
Be well, Share the love.
Yours in Courage,
Heather
